5 Points Living Denver

The 5 Points Neighborhood in Denver has made a triumphant comeback over the past few years and continues to grow by leaps and bounds. With Lightrail into Down Town and new building projects on nearly every street there is no doubt that this neighborhood will shine like so many other redeveloped areas in Denver, Like Wash Park and the Highlands.

5 Points is comprised of the neighborhoods the surround the intersection of Washington Street, 27th Street, 26th Avenue and Welton Street. The area is one of Denvers Oldest Neighborhoods being built from 1860-1900's. The houses have a lot of character and have been undergoing many upgrades and changes as the area is rapidly gaining popularity with its close proximity to Down Town. The price range in 5 points is still affordable for the majority of Buyers who want the Wash Park or Highlands style of living without the large price tag. The City of Denver has done some major upgrades to the parks and common areas and with the addition of a Charter school and new business the community continues to grow in these ruff economic times.
